Jessilyn Dolan:
Jessilyn graduated with honors form the Utah
College of Massage Therapy in Salt Lake City, Utah after completing
a year long apprenticeship with a Doctor of Traditional Chinese
Medicine in Vermont. Prior to that she studied herbology with Rosemary
Gladstar and Reiki with Tipi Halsey.
Jessilyn uses her knowledge of Chinese medicine, herbology, massage
and energy work to aid birthing mothers, infants and families. She
is a certified Doula, providing physical, emotional and educational
support before during and after labor. Jessilyn also teaches HypnoBirthing®
Childbirth Education and Parent & Child Massage Instruction
Courses.
Jessilyn teaches Anatomy & Physiology (both Eastern and Western
Perspectives) and Reflexology for the Community College of Vermont’s Massage
Therapy Associate Degree Program.

Suzanne Higley "Suzi":
Exercise Specialist B.S. in Health Science '96, ACE since '89 Group Exercise Instructor, Fitness Resources '90 Personal Trainer
Suzi's experience includes over 17 years in the health and fitness field; she has worked with developing programs for overweight clients, clients in rehabilitation, clients with lumbar strengthening needs, and counseling individuals on practicing positive health habits with exericse and good nutrition. (she has experience in pet care and training too!)
She has conducted seminars on preventative medicine, nutrition and fitness to senior citizens from across the country and has worked with a broad spectrum of ages, as well as taught a wide variety of group exercise classes.
Her experience includes the presentation of Lunch-n-Learns (stress management, golf conditioning, functional training) and assisting in the planning, organizing and implementation of events (Family Fun on Ice, Summer Fest, Boston Trips). She has conducted Blood Pressure Screenings, Postural Assessments, and planned Health Fairs.
Philosophy: "My goal is to share with my clients the benefits of physical activity and good nutrition, stress and pain management, thus empowereing them with knowledge that they can continue to use throughout their lives. It is important to stand tall, be proud of who we are, and focus on our positive traits and achievements."
Suzi is a Personal trainer and would love to design an exercise program that you or a family member can stick to!
Suzanne Mackay:
Suzanne Mackay is a member of the Royal Academy of Dance (London). After receiving her BA in directing and choreography from WWU, she went on to work with The First Myth Theater and Dance Troupe in Washington State, the Bedlam, Stepping Stones, and Traverse Theaters in Edinburgh Scotland and the Green Candle Theater Company in Vermont. She formed Firefly Productions with Keefe Healy in 1996. Since then she has directed, choreographed, acted and danced with Firefly in Vermont, New York, the Brighton Festival Fringe in England, and for twelve years at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in Scotland.

Julie:
Julie began practicing Astanga yoga as rehabilitation after shoulder surgery in 2000 at YogaVermont. Even though it began as a physical journey, it has become a spiritual one for Julie. "My practice changed completely after having my first child; it became much softer and meditative for me." Julie now teaches prenatal after welcoming her third child, Annie into the world in August. Her teaching career began four years ago and as she says, "I learn from my students each and every class; they're really the ones teaching!"
Julie is originally from the Boston area and loves to sleep in her free time.
