All Fitness Levels Welcome!
Pre-Natal: This class focuses on building strength, breathing and relaxation to prepare for labor, birth and beyond! We share birth stories, worries, and aches and pains in a safe and fun atmosphere. It’s a great chance to connect with your baby and other pregnant women. At the end of the 90 minutes you'll feel balanced, strong and calm!
Hip Hop: class is all about attitude and confidence! Get a strong work out while enjoying great
music and good company in an atmosphere where you are encouraged to be yourself and move
your body in new ways.
Put your own personal touch into every move and learn how to stand out as a dancer. Hip hop combines different dance teqniques and puts a twist on everything the dance world has seen so far, don't miss out on this exciting class!
Aerobics: A 45 minutes class consisting of warm up, 25-30 minutes of cardio exercise, followed by a cool down!
Aikido: Aikido is a unique martial art based on a dynamic universal principal of movement and harmony. The student of Aikido will learn martial techniques of grace and power that use the force of the opponent, rather than brute strength. The strength of Aikido is a strong and unified spirit, mind and body moving in harmony with everything around it. Aikido is a lot like dance, so practice is accessible people of all age and abilities.
Arnis Jiu Jitsu: This Class is a self defense/ self development class based on the martial arts of Filipino Arnis and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Jiu-Jitsu is a grappling art that has proven itself effective. Arnis (also proven effective) is a stick fighting art that can increase reaction time and enhance power development. Together, Arnis / Jiu-Jitsu is a very effective self-defense system as well as being an outstanding means for health and self-improvement. Expect a moderate to high level of intensity with our goal of everyone leaving healthy and with a great feeling of having trained hard. We encourage a positive atmosphere where camaraderie and hard work builds students to become stronger in body, mind and spirit. Beginners are welcome at any time. We are a community minded, local business. All are welcome that come in peace.
HypnoBirthing Childbirth Education: Teaching techniques for safe and more comfortable birthing through guided imagery, visualization, and special breathing. Includes all the topics covered in a traditional hospital childbirth class.
Infant/Pediatric Massage Instruction: Teaching parents to understand and begin touch early in life to promote the well being of the infant/child and to improve family life, bonding and attachment.
Tai Chi ~ Qi Gong: Cultivation (Gong) of Energy (Qi). Used for thousands of years as a means to physical, mental and spiritual well being. Focuses on simple moving exercises, harmonizing breath, mind and movement. Opens one to the universal life force.
Total Body Sculpting: Shape and strengthen your body performing Balance exercises, using Free weights, Tubing and Balls.
Fresh Air Fitness: Exercise outside!
Resist-a-Ball: Total body workout using Resist-a-Balls
Power Lunch:
Upper Body Strength – Shape and define your upper body with use
of free weights, tubing, resist-a-balls and medicine balls.
Thighs, Butt and Guts – A class dedicated to strengthening and toning the lower body and core.
Jump-In Cardio/Strength: Once around, twice around, there times around…you decide. A class designed with circuits in mind!
Recharge Step: An aerobic workout followed with ab exercises, balance and flexibility exercises.
Hi-Low Workout: A cardio workout combining moves on and off the step!
YOGA
Restorative Yoga: Sunday, October 14th 4-6pm with Lori Mortimer.
Deeply Rejuvenating.
Prepare to relax into effortless postures that utilize props, bolsters and pillows
for total physical support while you journey into the meditative bliss of stillness.

Being Yoga: 8 Sundays 8:30 – 10:00AM, September 30th – November 18th with Carol Plante.
This class focuses on tuning in to the body by incorporating an Iyengar-based practice followed by Yoga Nidra meditation to help us break free from conditioned, limiting patterns. Through the process we awaken to our intuitive, authentic self and become conscious of our unconditioned ‘being’ so we may create the lives we aspire to live.
Gentle Hatha: A moderate Hatha class blending balance, strength, flexibility and focus for all levels.
Vinyasa Moderate Flow: A creative class taking Yoga to a deeper level by integrating breath and movement. This class will enable you to increase strength, balance, flexibility and self-awareness.
Vinyasa Hot Flow: This class draws on the styles of ashtanga, yengar, and anusara yoga to form a rhythmic and heated flow. Invigorating and inspiring, this class seeks to challenge strength, balance and nurture grace and breath. Bring a towel!

CHILDREN’S CLASSES
Karate (4 years & up): The values learned in this class are for a lifetime. Children develop flexibility, coordination and focus while combining mind, body & spirit. Increased levels of respect, honor, and humbleness come from their positive attitudes, communication and teamwork. The 5 rules we follow are: Effort, Etiquette, Sincerity, Self-Control & Character.
Ballet:
Yoga (5 years & up): A fun and playful way to increase children’s awareness of their body, breath and mind. Kids practice deep breathing and simple postures to increase muscular coordination, flexibility, and focus.
